Report of the Research & Development Cell

Objectives of the RDC

The primary objectives of the Research & Development Cell include:

  1. Promoting Research Culture: To instill a strong research ethos among faculty and students, encouraging them to engage in original and meaningful research.
  2. Identifying Funding Opportunities: To actively seek and disseminate information about various research grants, fellowships, and funding schemes available from government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and industries.
  3. Capacity Building: To organize workshops, seminars, and training programs on research methodologies, data analysis, scientific writing, and intellectual property rights (IPR).
  4. Facilitating Research Projects: To assist faculty and students in developing research proposals, obtaining ethical clearances, and managing their research projects effectively.
  5. Encouraging Publications and Presentations: To motivate researchers to publish their findings in reputable journals and present their work at national and international conferences.
  6. Establishing Collaborations: To forge partnerships with other academic institutions, research organizations, and industries to undertake collaborative research projects and exchange knowledge.
